Based in the San Francisco Bay Area for nearly two decades, Philip has delivered value for prominent clients across industries, partnering with cross-functional leadership teams and their direct reports at high-growth startups, middle-market companies and Fortune 500 organizations.

Philip began his career at a Big-4 CPA firm (Ernst & Young, LLP) and has spent over 20 years in professional services, building deep relationships across the field. He works shoulder-to-shoulder with clients on the people and process solutions that solve mission-critical objectives, including executive search, professional placement, and multi-tiered consulting deployment (internal, W2, interim, and fractional).

His business development experience spans personal production, internal team management, client relationship management, SOW responsibility, and solutions delivery. Philip maintains active relationships across Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, IT, Communications, Legal, Procurement, PMO, Business Transformation, Sales and the C-Suite.
