He partners with cross-functional leadership teams, and their direct reports in high-growth startups, middle-market and Fortune 500 companies.

Philip served in a Big-4 CPA firm (Ernst & Young, LLP) and has developed deep relationships throughout his 20+ year professional services career. His expertise includes partnering with clients to identify a myriad of people and process solutions in executive search, professional placement, multi-tiered consulting deployment (internal, W2, interim, fractional), and special projects. Committed to working shoulder-to-shoulder with his clients to identify and solve mission critical objectives.

Philip’s business development leadership experience includes personal production, internal team management, client relationship management, SOW responsibility, solutions delivery and deliverables oversight. Establishes and maintains current relationships across functions including Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, IT, Communications, Legal, Procurement, PMO, Business Transformation, Sales and C-Suite professionals.
